Business Tours
Crafting a business tour that showcases the success of the business to both the campaign and media demonstrates your commitment to understanding and supporting the community.
Concerts
We’ve worked with Grammy winning A-List talent through-to garage bands. We know what they need. We know how to find it. We know how to keep it simple.
Election Nights
Whether you’re looing for a large-scale blowout with musical acts, confetti, and hazing light effects or you’re looking to gather a few hundred people in a ballroom, we make it all look good.
Farmers Market Visits
Different from a festival, farmers markets highlight local businesses and community. We have the experience in organizing a visit that feels informal and off-the-cuff, while maximizing exposure
Festival Visits
Talking with voters is only one reason to visit a festival. It is important to plan a visit that allows for proper earned media that will highlight the visit and connect with the target audience.
Fundraisers
Driven by a finance team, we support the efforts by managing the logistics of the candidate and the visuals they will be in front of, freeing the fundraising team to focus on connections with the donors.
Large Scale Rallies
We’ve executed too many 10,000+ person rallies to count. You’ve been to them before and seen them on TV. We don’t need to bore you with the details.
Meet & Greets
From strategically designing events meant to play to the camera or meeting voters at community events, no two are alike. We tailor events that can drive your campaign message effectively
Press Events
Events made for TV or social media require planning with internal comms teams and external broadcast affiliates. We’ve organized countless events that achieve the message for the target audience.
Remarks
Different from speeches or rallies, remarks are given to smaller crowds. We can make any level of remarks feel off-the-cuff, while also providing professional audio, lighting, and messaging.
Retail Stops
Every retail stop tells a unique and compelling story. We have the experience in finding the perfect balance of campaign stop, earned media, and respect to the business owner.
Roundtables
When more formal meetings are requires, it is important to have the campaign message being driven by the event layout, participants, and program; for both press and media.
Victory Office Visits
Whether it’s phone banking or just stopping by to drop off some pizza, we have worked with field directors (and even have been field directors ourselves) in countless states to create engaging visits.
Official Events
Business Tours
Businesses are America’s backbone. When touring a business, you want to highlight something special about that business and why you support it. The best way to convey that message is with proper messaging.
Government Facility
When visiting a government facility, you are visiting as both someone in charge and someone who is there to learn. As these are taxpayer funded facilities, it is important to convey messaging that is consistent.
Inaugurations
Inaugurations are always a big deal, and everyone wants to be a part of them. The planning process can quickly get out of control and take on a life of its own unless you’ve planned properly from the start.
International Delegation
Separate from the trip, delegations often consist of numerous principals, all with their own schedules, staff, and security. Keeping the trip together requires the highest level of organization and experience.
International Trip
Planning is as important as protocol and they must work in concert with each other when you don’t have operational control of the territory you are visiting. International trips come together with diplomacy and mutual respect.
Meet & Greet
You will often be meeting with business leaders, community groups, constituents, and other government officials. Each type of meeting should be physically designed to convey a message in just one picture.
NSSE Events
Special NSSE events require additional levels of coordination due to the attendance of high-profile individuals or the potential for terrorist activity. How and what you participate in can be affected by the levels of security.
National Sports Events
When you are not the main attraction at an event, it is easy to be sidelined or lose operational control, losing your ability to convey the visual you want. Proper planning and negotiations are usually necessary to achieve your goals.
Natural Disaster Visits
When lives are at risk, it’s imperative you do not hamper the life saving operations at hand with your presence. But it is equally imperative that you show up, see what you need to see, publicly show you are engaged, and have proper coverage.
Press Conferences
Not every press conference will be in a government facility. Proper audio, lighting, and messaging should always be considered. Messaging may include signage or the visuals of the location that meets the policy.
Roundtables
Roundtables are meant to listen, learn, and convey. It is especially important to have your message being driven by the event layout, participants, and the program to generate the press and coverage that you expect.
War Zone Visits
It’s not only the sitting President visiting war zones these days. When you do, you become a target. It is important to plan your trip with the utmost discretion and with safeguards in place so that the trip will go off without a hitch.
